Hello helpers!!
Today i came up with a very common and interesting topic about "Mobile Processors"
There are various Processors which are available but its very important to know which is the best processor performance wise.
There are mainly 4 companies who makes processor for mobile phones.
There are mainly 4 companies who makes processor for mobile phones.
Processor making companies:-
-mainly for apple processor manufacture.
When it comes which processor is best and how to do comparison between two processor many people fails to do or have a wrong perspective.
Which processor is better?
When we go to buy a mobile phone many things comes
to our mind , out of these many things 3 aspects are Battery, Heating issue and Performance.
While comparing processors one must keep in mind about 4 key aspects:-
1. Architecture:- All the processors works under an Architecture which is given by a company named ARM and also provides licence to manufacturing companies to make processors with their design. The design scheme of ARM is also developing every year. Cortex A5,A7,A9....A57.
The numbering here signifies how latest
is the architecture and the higher the number ,
higher and more advanced will be the processor.
2. Technology:- The second aspect is technology. In the processor chip there are millions of small transistors attached together . Smaller the size of the transistor less will be the power(battery) consumption and more will be the performance of the processor.
Samsung has created the smallest processor chip which is of 14nm. Although they are working to build a 10nm chip. Qualcomm has 20nm chip size(gap between the transistor) and mediatek varies fro 26nm to 28nm.
To get more processing speed the chip need to be smaller.
Qualcomm also confirmed to release its 7nm chip(which will be the smallest in the world) next year for 5g phones. Most likely snapdragon 855 will be built on a 7nm chip.

3. Number of Cores:- Depending upon the workload of the processor , number of cores plays a vital role. Cores are like helping hands of the processor. The more will be hands the more work it can do simultaneously. It saves time . There are many cores on which mobile phones are working. Some of these are Dual core, quad core ,octa core. Out of these octa core is best as it has 8 hands and can do many works simultaneously or can work on one process very fast depending upon the processor. The higher will be the core value more effective will be the processor. It also prevents the processor from over heating as it lower down the work pressure per sec of the processor.
4. Frequency(Ghz):- Every processor come up with an inbuilt clock according to which it works. While reading configuration of a mobile phones we come across 1Ghz, 1.5Ghz, 2Ghz,etc. What are they??
They are actually the clock cycles or clock speed upon which a processor schedule its tasks per second. 1Ghz means processor will run 10 crore times per second i.e. can do 1 task , 100 tasks or 300 tasks or can run 100 times to complete 1 task within that time, depending upon the processor and task complexity.
So guys those were the 4 main points that you need to keep in your mind while comparing the processors.
Best processor till now is:-
- A12 bionic(Iphone XS)
- Snapdragon 845(one plus 6)
Comment if you have any doubt.
Thank you!
Nice and very informative.
